Adding a second floor to the Mirasol allows us to move the fourth bedroom and bath upstairs to create a private suite, plus there's a bonus room larger than 435 square feet to use however the homeowner chooses. The first floor flows easily from the foyer through the living room to the leisure room, with unobstructed views to the wrap-around lanai.
