Frank Pizzica purchased the Central Florida homebuilding franchise in 1996, coming from a successful homebuilding business in Syracuse, NY. A veteran of more than 30 years in the residential construction industry, Pizzica believes strongly in giving back to the industry which has enabled his successes, and has served as president of the New York State Builders Association and the Home Builders Association of Central New York. He holds a Civil engineering degree and an MBA in business and finance.
